Clock Gauge With
Metric Face—FIG
818 The Morrison Clock Gauge is a unique, fully mechanical, liquid level indicator which can be used in a variety of applications. The standard model will measure up to a 12 ft. dimension. Originally intended for small aboveground petroleum storage tanks to eliminate the need to manually "stick" the tank. Operation is simple: the float moves up and down with the level of the product and is cabled to a wheel which drives the hands on the clock. |

Clock Gauge Alarm—FIG 918 / 918F Download Specification Sheet.pdf |
|
| Alarm—FIG 918TCP The 918 TCP provides an audible alarm for either a high or low level warning. The system incorporates an alarm box and a single-point level sensor. The alarm box is UL Listed. The alarm box is a weatherproof, intrinsically safe, 90 decibel alarm that operates on two 9-volt batteries. It features a membrane-type test/cancel button. The single point level sensor is designed for tanks up to 35’ tall. This rugged sensor is immersed in the tank through a 2" NPT female opening and is supported by a nylon liquid tight fitting, Teflon tubing and wire. The float and weight are stainless steel, making it ideal for almost any petroleum tank application. The order length should be equal to the distance from the top of the 2" tank opening to the desired activation level. Download Specification Sheet.pdf |

The Fig. 1018 Mechanical AST Gauge is designed for use on aboveground storage tanks. This quality gauge provides a convenient and economical solution to inventory management needs. The standard gauge unit can be calibrated for tanks up to 35 ft. in height, eliminating costly custom probe lengths used in other gauging systems.

AST Overfill
Prevention Valve Test Mechanism—FIG 9095ATM
The
new test mechanism option for the 9095A allows a technician to verify
that the valve is functioning properly without having to climb on the
tank or uninstall the valve. As a part of an ongoing tank maintenance
program, one can verify the valve is working properly by pulling on
the test line at any time during the filling process to actuate the
float and stop the fill. |

AST Stainless Steel Overfill
Prevention Valve—FIG 9095SS The Fig. 9095SS Morrison Overfill Prevention Valve is designed for use on top loading storage tanks that require an overfill prevention device. The valve terminates the fill when the product reaches the preset level. The valve can be retrofitted on existing tanks and fits into a 2" opening. • The 9095SS has proven compatibility, durability and reliability through cycle testing in actual DEF transfer systems.• The valve has completed cycle testing and compatibility testing.• The valve materials meet the required specifications of ISO 22241-3 for handling DEF.• The wetted materials are Stainless Steel Alloys 304 and 316, Teflon and Polypropylene.• The valve design allows for a full flow fill until it closes. The dashpot design ensuresa reduction of line shock at shutoff. • The valve flow rate is 150GPM at 50PSI.• 5 PSI & 5 GPM is the minimum flow requirement for valve operation. The valve is compatible with fluids that have a density greater than 0.717 grams per ML/6.00 lbs per gallon and a maximum viscosity of 150 centistokes.Download Specification Sheet.pdf |

Diffuser—FIG 539 Series Reduces turbulence of fuel in storage tanks, thus minimizing vapor creation. Reduces fuel contamination by directing flow away from debris on tank bottom. Saves on both fluid vaporization and wear and tear of tanks. Does not restrict flow of liquid into tank. Easily assembles to standard aluminum drop tube with screws or threaded pipe attachment. Variety of models available for both AST and UST applications. Download

Anti-Syphon Valves—FIG 912 Series The Fig. 912 Anti-Syphon Valve is used on storage tank systems to prevent the formation of a syphon in the event of a line break or leak. The Fig. 912 will help prevent product loss, environmental contamination and/or fire hazards. The 912 has built in expansion relief. The stainless steel/Viton® construction allows for greater fluid compatibility. The 912 is designed to be installed in the piping system above the top of the tank. It may be installed in both horizontal and vertical piping. The priming tee is an optional device that allows the installer/operator to fill the piping system with fluid. This allows a prime to be established for pumps and other devices. The tee also allows an access point for system maintenance and troubleshooting, such as installing a pressure gauge.
