The ULC Listed Morrison Overfill Prevention Valve is
designed for use on low profile tanks that require a high level shut-off.
The valve terminates the fill when the product reaches the preset level.
The valve can be retrofitted on existing tanks.
The 2" 9095S mates with our 2" Fig. 518M Spill Container. |

The new
test mechanism option on the 9095A allows a technician to verify that the
valve is functioning properly without having to climb on the tank or
uninstall the valve. As a part of an ongoing tank maintenance program, one
can verify the valve is working properly by pulling on the test line at
any time during the filling process to actuate the float and stop the
fill. This added capability will increase safety by eliminating the risk of climbing on the tank to test the valve. It is also a quick and simple way to ensure that the Morrison Overfill Prevention Valve is working correctly. The mechanism can be used for both direct and remote fill applications. The test mechanism is sold separately as an option and is available for both the 2” and 3” valves. It will retrofit to existing valves. |

2” and 4” Male
threaded versions of our 7.5 Gallon Spill Container have been added to the
product line. The AST Spill Containers are installed for the purpose of containing small spills and drips from the fill nozzle. Our Spill Containers are lockable with a drain valve and vented lid. They are powder coated white using our in-house powder coating operation. The 2” Model mates with our 2” 9095S Overfill Prevention Valve. |

The Morrison
603 Emergency Valve is mounted on the underside of a petroleum tank
truck or tanker. The seat is located internal to the tank helping ensure
it will close preventing product loss in the event of a shear. The
handle is equipped with a 250° fuse plate. All valves will be shipped with the handle on the right (when looking into the outlet) but may be easily changed to left-hand in the field. |
