Fig. 9095SS Pressurized Fill Stainless Steel Overfill Prevention Valve

The Fig. 9095SS Morrison Overfill Prevention Valve is designed for use on top loading storage tanks that require an overfill prevention device. The valve terminates the fill when the product reaches the preset level. The valve can be retrofitted on existing tanks and fits into a 2" opening.

The 9095SS has proven compatibility, durability and reliability through cycle testing in actual DEF transfer systems.

The valve has completed cycle testing and compatibility testing.

The valve materials meet the required specifications of ISO 22241-3 for handling DEF.

The wetted materials are Stainless Steel Alloys 304 and 316, Teflon and Polypropylene.

The valve design allows for a full flow fill until it closes. The dashpot design ensures
a reduction of line shock at shutoff.

The valve flow rate is 150GPM at 50PSI.

5 PSI & 5 GPM is the minimum flow requirement for valve operation. The valve is compatible with fluids that have a density greater than 0.717 grams per ML/6.00 lbs per gallon and a maximum viscosity of 150 centistokes.

Fig. 9095DS Overfill Prevention for a Drop Tube

The 2” Morrison Overfill Prevention Valve is designed for use on low profile top loading aboveground storage tanks that require a high level shut-off. Once the product reaches the preset level the valve will close and allow minimal liquid to pass through to relieve the fill line pressure. The valve can be retrofitted on existing tanks and fits into a 2” opening. This valve accepts a 1 1/2” male threaded drop tube (not included).

• The valve flow rate is 60 GPM at 60 PSI.

• 2” 305C Locking Cap is sold separately.

• A tight fill connection is required for operation.

• 10 PSI & 5 GPM are the minimum pressure and flow requirements for valve operation. The maximum fl uid viscosity is 150 centistokes. The maximum operating pressure is 100 PSI.

Fig. 912 Anti-Syphon Valve

The Fig. 912 Anti-Syphon Valve is used on storage tank systems to prevent the formation of a syphon in the event of a line break or leak. The Fig. 912 will help prevent product loss,
environmental contamination and/or fire hazards.

The 912 has built in expansion relief. The stainless steel/Viton® construction allows for greater fluid compatibility.

The 912 is designed to be installed in the piping system above the top of the tank. It may be installed in both horizontal and vertical piping.

The priming tee is an optional device that allows the installer/operator to fill the piping system with fluid. This allows a prime to be established for pumps and other devices. The tee also allows an access point for system maintenance and troubleshooting, such as installing a pressure gauge.

Fig. 180M Locking Cap

The locking cap incorporates a patented spinning technology when in the locked position; basically the cap will free spin, making it impossible to remove. To remove the cap, simply use the included key and unlock the cap.

The fusible material exhausts at 175 +/- 10 Degrees F

The cap can be used on 2” male or female threads.

Fig. 122 Hose Nozzle Swivel Series

The redesigned swivel is installed at the nozzle inlet. It is used for ease of operator handling and reduced hose wear. The construction of the swivel provides an unrestricted flow, as well as a smooth swivel rotation. One important feature is that each swivel is tested for electrical continuity per UL 567 prior to being shipped.

We have added a 2" version as well as a straight thread to be used with a variety of industry nozzles.

It is rated to 125 PSI.

Fig. 9095ATM0100 AM Test Mechanism

The new test mechanism option on the 9095A allows a technician to verify that the valve is functioning properly without having to climb on the tank or uninstall the valve. As a part of an ongoing tank maintenance program, one can verify the valve is working properly by pulling on the test line at any time during the filling process to actuate the float and stop the fill.

This added capability will increase safety by eliminating the risk of climbing on the tank to test the valve. It is also a quick and simple way to ensure that the Morrison Overfill Prevention Valve is working correctly.

The mechanism can be used for both direct and remote fill applications.

The test mechanism is sold separately as an option and is available for both the 2” and 3” valves. It will retrofit to existing valves.
